This Cookie Policy explains how MJ Web Concepts and its confirmed service providers use cookies and similar technologies on the public website.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This policy should be read together with the MJ Web Concepts Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions.
The website uses necessary first-party technologies for security and session operation. The embedded Calendly booking service and Cloudflare security services may use additional third-party technologies.
This document is a general informational template and is not formal legal advice.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy applies to the public MJ Web Concepts website at mjwebconcepts.com.
It explains:
What cookies and similar technologies are
Which first-party cookies the website uses
Which confirmed third-party services may use cookies
Why these technologies may be used
How visitors can manage their choices
Server logs, email records, and information submitted directly through a form or booking service are not cookies. Those practices are explained in the separate Privacy Policy.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website or online service may store in a visitor’s browser or device.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to:
Maintain a secure website session
Protect forms against unauthorized or abusive requests
Remember a visitor’s choices
Support an embedded booking service
Detect automated traffic or security threats
Some cookies last only for a browser session. Others may remain until their stated expiration date or until the visitor removes them.
3. Necessary First-Party Cookies
The MJ Web Concepts application uses necessary first-party cookies for security and session operation.
XSRF-TOKEN
Purpose: Helps protect forms and website requests against cross-site request forgery.
Category: Necessary security cookie.
Duration: Session or application-configuration dependent.
mj-web-concepts-session
Purpose: Maintains the application session needed for security, form validation, and temporary website messages.
Category: Necessary session cookie.
Duration: Session or application-configuration dependent.
These cookies are not used by MJ Web Concepts for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the contact form or other security-related website features from operating correctly.
4. Calendly Booking Cookies
Calendly is embedded on the Free Consultation page.
When a visitor opens or uses the Calendly booking service, Calendly and its infrastructure providers may store or access cookies and similar technologies under their own policies.
Cookies observed during a technical review included:
_calendly_session
Used by Calendly to support the scheduling session and booking experience.
cal_anonymous_id
Used by Calendly to assign an anonymous identifier within its service.
__cf_bm and _cfuvid
Cloudflare-managed security cookies that may be used within Calendly’s infrastructure to identify automated traffic, protect the service, and manage security.
Third-party cookie names, purposes, providers, and retention periods may change without a change to the MJ Web Concepts application.
Calendly may display its own cookie notice or preference controls depending on the visitor’s location and the service’s current configuration.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the contact form to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated or abusive submissions.
When Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may process technical information and use necessary security technologies to perform its verification.
MJ Web Concepts does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Cloudflare controls the technical operation, storage behavior, and retention periods that apply to its service.
6. Analytics and Advertising Cookies
The MJ Web Concepts website does not currently use confirmed first-party implementations of:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Microsoft Clarity
Meta Pixel
Advertising or remarketing cookies
Google Search Console, if added in the future, would report search performance and would not by itself require a visitor-facing analytics cookie.
This policy must be updated if analytics, advertising, personalization, or other optional tracking technologies are added later.
7. Cookie Consent and Current Controls
The website does not currently operate a general site-wide cookie-consent banner or preference center.
Necessary first-party cookies may operate because they support website security, sessions, and visitor-requested functionality.
The embedded Calendly service may display its own cookie controls. MJ Web Concepts does not control every aspect of Calendly’s consent interface or cookie behavior.
Depending on the visitor’s location and the cookies used by an embedded third-party service, applicable law may require consent before non-essential cookies are stored or accessed.
A Cookie Policy provides information but does not itself collect or record cookie consent.
Visitors who prefer not to use the embedded Calendly service may contact MJ Web Concepts directly at hello@mjwebconcepts.com.
8. How Visitors Can Manage Cookies
Visitors may use their browser settings to:
View stored cookies
Delete existing cookies
Block all or selected cookies
Block third-party cookies
Clear cookies when the browser closes
Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the contact form, consultation booking, security checks, or other website functions.
Where Calendly displays cookie preferences, visitors may use those controls to manage choices within the Calendly service.
9. Third-Party Providers and Retention
Confirmed services that may be relevant to cookies or similar technologies include:
Hostinger — website hosting and server security
Calendly — consultation scheduling and its embedded booking interface
Cloudflare — Turnstile spam protection and security services used by third-party infrastructure
Google Calendar and Google Meet — calendar events and meeting links created after booking
These providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, cookie practices, and retention procedures.
MJ Web Concepts does not control their exact cookie names, expiration periods, processing locations, or future service changes.
Visitors should review the current policies and controls provided by the relevant service for the most current information.
10. Changes to This Cookie Policy
MJ Web Concepts may update this Cookie Policy when:
The website’s cookie practices change
A third-party service is added, removed, or reconfigured
Analytics or advertising tools are introduced
Legal or regulatory requirements change
More accurate technical information becomes available
The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
